RUSTIC RENTALS

DELIVERY, SET UP AND PICK UP 

Delivery and set up charge will be accessed at the time of an order.   Rustic Rentals is responsible for set up and removal of all Chandeliers and Pendant lighting.   Approval is required from any venue to hang chandeliers and pendant lighting.

Branch Tealight shades and wine bottles can only be used with battery operated candles and will be provided.

Rustic Rentals will not be responsible for any damages from the use of wax candles in any item rented from Rustic Rentals.

Plug-in Chandeliers for use outside can be rented only if weather permits.

Items not required to be set up by Rustic Rentals can be picked up but must be returned the following day.

 

PRICING

Rental items are priced for one day rentals. Options are available.

Contracts not signed at a consultation,  will be sent via e-mail and due back within  24 hours with deposit to reserve rental items.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit of the total order and a $100 damage deposit is required and is due 3 weeks before an event.

Payment in full is due within ten business days of  the event.

 In the event of damage Rustic Rentals will access any damage and require a fair amount to clean, repair or replace any item. Upon satisfaction of the return and any charges for replacement, repairs or cleaning,  the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks. 

Items picked up and not returned the following day, will be subject to loss of deposit.

Payments must be made by check, cashiers check , paypal , money order or cash.  A  fee of $35 will be charged for all return checks.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellations must be made 14 days before the event. Cancellations made after 14 days, will result in forfeiture of deposit.

In case of inclimate  weather which requires cancellation there will be no refund of deposit, damage deposit will be returned.

If the event is re-scheduled, the deposit will still be applied and rental items reserved, if possible.

MISCELLANEOUS

Rustic Rentals holds no liability for any damage or personal injury caused by the use of Rustic Rental items by the client or any third party. The client assumes all risk of personal property damage and personal injury.
